This is a full-time position (approximately 50 hours per week) that combines hands-on pastry creation with management responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a fine dining or upscale pastry kitchen Strong foundation in both classic and modern pastry techniques Leadership experience and the ability to manage and mentor a small pastry team A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and presentation Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute seasonal dessert menus Oversee daily pastry production and plating Manage ordering, inventory, and cost control for the pastry department Train and supervise junior pastry staff to uphold quality and consistency Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Position Details:
