Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring that all dishes meet quality and presentation standards. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food preparation. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas. Assist in the preparation of other food items as needed, supporting the overall kitchen operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of grill supplies and communicate needs to management. Participate in training sessions related to culinary skills, food safety, and kitchen equipment operation. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred; experience as a dietary aide or in food preparation is a plus.
