Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present a variety of sushi (nigiri, sashimi, maki, specialty rolls) in line with our quality and presentation standards Ensure freshness of ingredients and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Monitor stock and order supplies as needed Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sushi preparation or a culinary background preferred. knowledge of sushi preparation, fish cutting, and Japanese cuisine Strong attention to detail and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines Strong communication and teamwork skills
