Your Role:
Event Chef Are you a culinary professional who thrives on creating WOW experiences? Do you excel in high-energy environments and enjoy bringing exceptional menus to life at exclusive events? Russell Morin Catering & Events is looking for an Event Chef to join our talented culinary team. As an Event Chef, you will lead the culinary execution at events held at some of Southern New England’s most sought-after venues, including Providence Public Library, Glen Manor, Shining Tides, and private residences across Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. If you have a passion for culinary excellence, leadership, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do Culinary Leadership :
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation on-site, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to event timelines.
Team Management :
Lead and collaborate with culinary team members, ensuring seamless communication and execution throughout the event. Entrée

What We’re Looking For Experience :
Minimum of 3 years in a culinary role, with experience in high-volume or off-premise catering preferred.
Leadership Skills :
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Expertise :
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and event logistics.
Adaptability :
Ability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain professionalism in dynamic environments.
Schedule Flexibility :
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Stamina :
