Pronto is transforming the way people access fresh food on the go. Our AI-powered vending machines serve hospitals, universities, and high-traffic workplaces with 24/7 hot and cold meals. We’re on a mission to nourish frontline heroes and busy professionals with real food, fast. Now we’re looking for a talented chef to help us craft high-quality, delicious meals that can be freshly stocked into our vending machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a rotating menu of fresh meals (e.g., sandwiches, pastas, salads, hot bowls) in line with food safety and nutrition standards Package and label meals for vending machine distribution, ensuring consistency and quality Collaborate with inventory and logistics team to meet daily production targets Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to Boston health regulations Suggest seasonal or popular items based on trends and feedback

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in high-volume or meal-prep environments Strong knowledge of food safety and packaging for cold and hot holding Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently under time pressure Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a production-focused setting

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible scheduling; usually two times a week (example, Wednesday and Sunday) Pay starts at $20-$28/hour depending on experience, with performance-based increases
