Monday to Friday, 6.30am•2.30pm Dine has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to join our catering team in Bolton. If you’re a creative culinary professional with strong leadership and a love for food, this is your chance to shine!

This is a hands-on cooking role responsible for delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced workplace environment with a weekday-only service (no weekends or Christmas working!).Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure meals are nutritious, tasty, and prepared using the recipe databaseWork only with nominated suppliers and store ingredients appropriatelyApply daily company financial controlsMonitor portion sizes, reduce waste, and ensure accurate transaction recordingGuarantee food is fresh and ready for all service timesPropose service improvements and support the Manager in enhancing customer experienceSupport training and development of team members alongside the ManagerMaintain high hygiene standards, ensure PPE usage, and keep logs and records up to dateReport incidents, equipment failures, and ensure allergen info is provided dailyLabel and present food to brand standards, complete required training, and ensure team complianceWe’re looking for someone who:
