Job Summary + Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities + Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste + Maintain proper food storage and sanitation standards + Assist with menu planning and recipe development + Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards + Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies + Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience + Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting + Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred + Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations + Experience in inventory control and food cost management + Ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced environment Curious about Life at Levy?
