The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparations of raw materials , ensuring food safety standards are met, recipe managment, as well as entertaining guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to showcase their culinary skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality food preparation. Manage inventory control, including prepping of supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods. Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain quality standards. Skills Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management practices. Proven experience in hospitality and restaurant management roles is a plus. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food service management. Ability to effectively manage inventory control processes. Strong communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers effectively. A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development.
