Must have a passion for pizza. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in restaurant settings and catering services. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that cater to diverse dietary needs. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food storage, and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and proper use of kitchen equipment. Assist in catering events by planning menus and coordinating food service logistics. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to promote an efficient workflow. Skills Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods, with strong knife skills. Knowledgeable in food service operations within restaurants or catering environments. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
