THE JOB:

As a Commis, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Assist Sous Chef in product consistency and make necessary modifications according to business needs
Assist Sous Chef in monitoring and training of new employees to help them achieve higher status as well as monitor and enforce Company and departmental safety policies, and Health Department Standards.
Assist Sous Chef in preparation of menu, take inventory, and coordinate with the Sous chef on order and preparation of food items
Monitor waste and over production, as well as utilize leftovers, and ensure proper rotation and quality control

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Is 18+ years of age
Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Has 1+ year of culinary leadership in a high volume kitchen
