THE JOB:

As the Sous Chef in Coraline’s, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing sophisticated dishes. You will ensure that food quality is superior and set the stage for the guest experience with your weing smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency
Collaborating with the Executive Room Chef to design and execute innovative and refined menus that showcase culinary excellence
Contributing to menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients, and staying alongside culinary trends to enhance the dining experience
Leading and inspiring a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless kitchen operations and uphold ourmitment to excellence
Working closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure a harmonious and synchronized dining experience for our guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Is 21+ years of age
2+ years of culinary leadership
Has a passion for Culinary
Has proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Executesplex dishes with precision, paying meticulous attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability
Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation
