Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sushi rolls according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation for catering orders and restaurant service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of sushi ingredients and supplies. Utilize proper knife skills for cutting fish, vegetables, and other ingredients needed for sushi preparation. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, particularly in sushi or Asian cuisine is a plus.
