- Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various culinary settings and be passionate about food preparation and presentation.
- Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Follow proper food handling procedures and regulations
- Assist in developing new menu items
- Catering/delivering food, picking up supplies/any and all needs of the restaurant
- Experience
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus Hours are 3pm-close (which could range between 9/9:30/10pm depending on season)
