North Elm Street, High Point, NC 27262 We’re one of the Triad’s top sushi restaurants located in the heart of downtown High Point right beside the High Point Rocker’s baseball/Carolina Core FC stadium that’s looking for an experienced sushi chef with excellent knife skills to join our team ASAP. Full-time positions available (including weekends & evenings from 10:15am-Close) Qualified Applicants must be able to:
- skillfully use a knife.
- lift heavy items (ex: bags of rice)
- perform tasks such as slicing fish, rolling sushi, making nigiri, and sushi
- related prepping & side work.
- handle a fast-paced work environment under the guidance and leadership of our head sushi chef.
- communicate and work well with others.
- learn quickly, work neatly & efficiently.
- legally work in the USA.
- have reliable transportation to our restaurant.
