Job Description:

Nakato Japanese Steakhouse in Pineville is looking for a motivated individual for a full-time Hibachi (Teppan) Chef. This would be a favorable opportunity for a motivated, hard working person to prepare high quality food in an entertaining manner. This individual will interact directly with our guests and work together with our service staff to ensure a quality dining experience. A typical work day starts at 1 or 2 pm and usually ends before 10:00 pm. Since we are primarily open for dinner service, the first part of the day starts with prepping followed by a 30-45 minute break before we open. Experience with similar cuisine and/or sushi is a plus.
