Junior Chef

• Authentic Japanese Cuisine Yume x Sizzling 10500 Centrum Parkway, Pineville, NC 28134 We are seeking professional individual to fill our Jr Chef position.

Ideal candidates will work in our kitchen under the supervision of our executive chef, prepping food, and/or preparing/cooking authentic Japanese cuisine. We are looking for experienced individuals that are highly dependable and respect their job. Job duties include but not limited to: Preparing menu items, including saute, fryer, and grill items Garnishing dishes Cleaning and restocking kitchen Passion for great food Positive attitude Ability to handle pressure Team communication Good problem solver Self-Motivated Flexible hours

Requirements:

• Passion for high quality cuisine
• Strict adherence to health and safety codes
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Foodhandlers Card (Servsafe)
• Has worked in high volume restaurant
