What we are looking for:

Prep Cook:
We are looking for someone that can help the Chef prep. It will mostly be the cold line although there are a few things you would be in charge of with hot. You would be the Chef’s right hand person. There are only two people in the kitchen so everyone does a little of everything.
Cleaning:
Deep cleaning projects daily. Cleaning out fridges, corners and the areas that get high use, filter cleaning, floors etc. Making sure to meet cleaning standards at the end of the night.
Dishes:
cleaning dishes. It has a 3 compartment sink and a dishwasher. There is heavy lifting involved. Must be able to lift 40-50lbs.
Organizing:
Rearranging and tidying after fast paced shifts to keep the space organized. There is heavy lifting involved. Must be able to lift 40-50lbs.
Support Staff:
Make some drinks, pour wine, make a hot tea, to help the front at the busiest times or clear a table.
Kitchen support:
any kitchen tasks that are needed by the chef There is growth in this position. Qualities of our new team member: Team player, friendly, hard worker, can take on tasks independently (once trained), must be 18+ (to pour wine), okay standing on their feet for hours at a time, heavy lifting is required so able to lift 40-50 lbs, flexible and able to shift from task to task as needed, has fun with a variety of tasks but also okay with a more mundane day – if it is slow you may do more cleaning, if it is busy you may hop around more from task to task.
Experience:
