Pizza Chef Bird Pizzeria 510 East 15th Street, Charlotte, NC 28206 Bird is the word! We are a fast paced pizzeria looking to expand our talented crew. We are hiring a reliable, authentic and passionate Pizza Chefs to help prepare and make quality pizzas. You will work with us to deliver high quality food within our restaurant. We work hard, listen to good music, work efficiently, and we go home! To succeed in this role, you must know how to have fun, be curious, be a team player and work quickly and efficiently. Some experience is appreciated but not required.
Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh produce (e.g. slicing vegetables, salads, sauces, etc) Apply toppings (e.g. meat and various vegetables). Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards (e.g. clean equipment after use etc.). Follow recipes and make food as per customer orders (e.g. place orders using an online app or walk up). Greet customers, take their orders and process payments (e.g. cash and credit cards). End of day clean up and closing (e.g. wash dishes, mop, sweep, etc)
