This pivotal role will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation while fostering a creative and collaborative environment. The Head Chef will play a key role in shaping our menu offerings and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Develop innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively. Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to health regulations.
