What You Will Do:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and culinary excellence Train, mentor, and manage back-of-house team members with a focus on performance and consistency Ensure all menu items are executed with precision, quality, and presentation under the direction of the Executive Chef Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and contribute to a positive, communicative kitchen culture Maintain strict standards for sanitation, food safety, prep, storage, and rotation Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times Identify areas for cost control, operational efficiency, and improved safety Support special events, seasonal promotions, and local outreach efforts
