Hibachi Chef Delight Ramen and Steak 720 Nc 24-27 Bypass East, Albemarle, NC 28001 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Hibachi Chef to join our team at this restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking for our customers and a strong desire to learn. As a Hibachi Chef, you will be responsible for not just cooking, but preparing ingredients and being willing to learn while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare ingredients as part of side work. Cut vegetables and meats for cooking. Help out with other stations like appetizers and ramen. Clean the grills before close and help sweep and mop the kitchen as well as the dining room + bar. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and grills. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure clear specifications for any modifications of orders. Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and quality of all menu items. Learn the ingredients for every item on the menu to ensure clear understanding. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is advantageous. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
