The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and kitchen management, with the ability to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food management, and adherence to health regulations. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and efficient kitchen operations. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary trends. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Experience Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food production processes, and kitchen management practices. Experience with inventory management and control systems is preferred. Familiarity with bartending skills is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
