We are looking for individuals with passion of crafting exceptional sushi with our team at M Sushi and future concept. We have an exciting new concept in the works and are looking for regular sushi chef as well as possible Head Sushi Chef to join us to train to become one of the leaders for the next project. Pay rate ranges from $70k a year to $120k a year depending on experience, skill level, and the position.
REQUIREMENTS
2+year’s previous experience in sushi related field, culinary arts and/or cooking In-depth knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques Proficiency in working with sharp knives and other kitchen equipment knowledge of cost and labor system passion for food and cooking techniques ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills within the culinary team Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday as needed.
