What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a skilled culinary team while fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment
Develop and execute menus rooted in Mediterranean tradition, elevated through innovation and seasonality
Oversee food costing, prep systems, recipe documentation, and plating standards
Mentor sous chefs and line cooks, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders
Source top-quality ingredients and keep the menu fresh, creative, and consistent with the Vidrio identity
Drive kitchen performance through smart labor management, food cost control, safety standards, and efficiency
Partner with front-of-house and operations leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences
