This role involves a variety of key responsibilities, including boiling and baking bagels, frying donuts to perfection, and preparing sandwiches on a flat top grill.

Responsibilities include:

• Boiling and baking bagels to meet our quality standards.
• Frying donuts with precision to ensure consistent quality and taste.
• Preparing sandwiches and other menu items using a flat top grill.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as inventory management, prepping ingredients, and ensuring food safety guidelines are followed.

Requirements:

• A strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bagel baking and donut frying, grill.
• Prior experience in a bakery, food preparation, or kitchen setting is required.
• ServSafe Certification a Plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Must be dependable, have reliable transportation to Maplewood, and be an early riser to make the 4am-10am shift. Wednesday thru Sunday. More hours may be an option. $20
• 25 hour.
