Alternating Weekends Job Duties:
- Cooking, grilling, sautéing, broiling
- Follow recipes to prepare simple dishes and perform simple cooking dishes
- Ensure that food prep area and kitchen are kept cleaned and sanitized
- Comply with all sanitation and nutritional guidelines
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Flexible schedule and ability to work as a team
- Minimum 2 years previous cooking experience in restaurant environment Principals only.
