We are seeking one experienced American diner chef to join us for 3 months as part of a unique cultural food exchange program. ???? The Opportunity This is not a corporate job. It is an invitation to cook, teach, travel, and expand your own craft—while living in one of the most exciting food cities in Asia, with your living expenses completely covered. ????️ About the Project We are opening an American-inspired, locally-rooted diner concept on the 2nd floor of a boutique hotel in the heart of Indiranagar, Bangalore—a thriving, cosmopolitan neighborhood beloved for its nightlife, café culture, and creative community. ????Our vision: A no-compromise menu rooted in authentic American diner cooking

• Ethically sourced local ingredients
• No processed food, no imported gimmicks (except real maple syrup)
• A soulful space where people connect over honest food and bottomless coffee ????????‍???? Your Role You will serve as our founding kitchen consultant and guest chef for the first 3 months of operations.

Your contributions will include:

• Training our local kitchen team in authentic American diner techniques
• Helping finalize recipe execution and plating
• Teaching best practices for kitchen flow and prep and food safety.
• Contributing to a beautiful cross-cultural food experience ???? What’s Provided ALL travel and living costs covered: ✅ Reimbursement of flight expenses up to $1200 USD ✅ Reimbursement of visa application fees up to $250 USD ✅ Transportation to and from the airport and restaurant with our private driver.
