• Busy Downtown Jersey City Restaurant We are a high-volume restaurant located in the heart of downtown Jersey City, currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in daily kitchen operations Expediting and maintaining service flow Overseeing food ordering and inventory Supporting all kitchen stations as needed Ensuring compliance with Health Department food safety standards

Requirements:

Prior kitchen experience required Sous Chef experience preferred but not mandatory Strong leadership and organizational skills Weekend availability is a must
