This position is perfect for school workers, culinary grads, and chefs looking to keep busy. We are looking for staff to help us with weddings, golf outings, staff meal, and special events. Responsibilities :

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a relevant position in the food industry Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff effectively
