The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

is essential for this position. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and cooking techniques. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, enforcing hygiene practices among staff. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and menu items. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts. Experience in menu planning and inventory management is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. Must have a keen awareness for COGs and profit margins. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
