Job Description
Plans menus and cooks authentic Venetian dishes using knowledge of specialty Venetian recipes and ingredients. Sources food from specialty food purveyors. Measures and mixes spices and seasonings, portions and garnishes food and checks quality of prepared dishes. Manages and trains kitchen staff in the prep of food. Requires 2 years experience in the job duties or as a Chef.
