As we aim to expand our offerings, we are looking for a creative and skilled Executive Chef and Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team and develop and launch our new breakfast, brunch, lunch menus and service. Additionally candidate will redesign and develop new dinner menus .
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, and food preparation while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.
- Monitor food service operations to ensure timely delivery of meals while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience supervising kitchen staff effectively.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and the ability to create menus that cater to various needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
