⚐ ⚑ ⚑ BOH – Head Chef and hot line cooks needed (Midtown West) W47th near 8th avenue compensation: competitive employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Head Chef and hot line cooks We’re a very busy and long established large upscale Times Square American restaurant looking for part-time and full-time experienced BOH staff, a head chef to lead the team and hot line cooks, brunch experience is a plus. You must be a team player, happy to work in hospitality and drama free. We experience a heavy volume for pre and post theater dining and we have a busy brunch service so egg experience is a plus. We have a loyal Broadway base, a casual dining room, an upscale dining room and a bar area. We also do lots of events. English is a big plus.
