Ensure timely preparation of 1,000 meals daily. Work collaboratively with a team of 6, including an assistant chef, food service managers, and line cooks. Qualifications Proven ability to manage kitchen operations effectively. Strong cooking skills necessary for large-scale meal preparation. Excellent inventory management skills. Punctuality and readiness to work without exception.
