Job Description A well-established private firm is seeking an experienced and personable Executive Chef to lead its corporate culinary program. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond the kitchen—it’s about fostering community and wellness through exceptional food and hospitality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, team-oriented chef who takes pride in every detail—from crafting elevated menus to maintaining a spotless pantry. You’ll be serving approximately 80 people daily and working closely with a part-time Sous Chef to deliver clean, creative meals in a warm and collaborative environment.

Midtown Manhattan
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00
PM Responsibilities:
Lead all kitchen operations, including menu development, sourcing, preparation, service, and clean-up
Prepare a continental-style breakfast with premium options (e.g., fresh juices, teas, and coffee)
Curate and execute a health-focused lunch menu with both plated and grab-and-go options (e.g., salads with protein, sushi, burgers, house-made desserts)
Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness
Manage pantry inventory, restock supplies, and perform general kitchen upkeep (including dishwashing when needed)
Foster a warm, welcoming kitchen environment aligned with the company’s culture
Explore and implement new ideas to enhance the dining experience
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium corporate dining settings
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
Humble, hands-on leadership style—no task too small
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for clean, healthy cooking and thoughtful food presentation
Personable and confident engaging with staff at all levels
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
