Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, creation, and execution
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes
• Ensure high-quality dishes are served on time
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide training when needed
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required
• Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and innovative dishes
• Assist in catering events and banquets as necessary

Skills:

• Proven experience in food service management and culinary arts
• Strong cooking skills with proficiency in various cuisines
• Knowledge of catering operations and banquet services
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food safety and inventory control
• Bartending skills are a plus
• Ability to manage food costs effectively
