Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with catering orders as needed

Experience:

• Experience at Omakase
• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
• Familiarity with different types of sushi rolls and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and food safety regulations
