The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and food service, with a flair for creativity in menu planning and food preparation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to guest preferences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance in food preparation techniques and safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods. Creating schedule of the kitchen staff with ability to lead. Checking the inventory, communicating with the management, and buying from the market. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the bar, restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food service management principles, including inventory control and catering operations. Proficiency in various cooking techniques, with experience in fine dining preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen and service staff. A passion for culinary arts, creativity in menu planning, and commitment to high-quality food preparation.
