Full Time (5 Days On / 2 Days Off) Bianco Latte is an award-winning, family-owned bakery in Long Island City. We produce a full line of artisanal mousses, cakes, croissants, and custom creations, serving both retail and wholesale clients. As we expand, we’re looking for passionate professionals who want to grow with us and shape the future of luxury pastry in NYC.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry production team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production of our full pastry line, including mousses, classic and custom cakes, and breakfast items. You’ll manage inventory, ensure quality and consistency, and foster a collaborative, positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and actively participate in the production of a diverse range of European pastries, cakes, mousses, and custom orders Manage pastry inventory, ordering, and ingredient rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste Supervise, train, and inspire your team, maintaining a supportive and efficient workplace Collaborate with management on new product development, seasonal menus, and luxury brand partnerships Uphold Bianco Latte’s standards for quality, presentation, and food safety
