Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented pastry cook to help with the precise, small-batch preparation of our cookie dough. You will be working in a clean, organized kitchen environment with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and ingredient handling.
Responsibilities:
Prepare cookie dough according to precise recipes and portioning standards Weigh and mix ingredients using professional kitchen equipment Ensure product quality, texture, and visual consistency in every batch Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and follow food safety standards Package and label products for freezing and distribution Assist with inventory and ingredient prep as needed Work efficiently in a calm, focused manner
Qualifications:
Experience working in a pastry kitchen or bakery (minimum 1 year preferred) Familiarity with scales, mixers, and basic bakery tools Comfortable with precise measuring and following recipes to the gram Reliable, organized, and meticulous with a great attitude Interest in artisanal products and premium ingredients a plus Authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible scheduling available (Monday-Friday preferred) Compensation based on experience Potential to grow with the brand as we scale
