Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our elite culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef/Owner , ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen and upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. It is a full hands-on position. Key Responsibilities Culinary Execution & Quality Control Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring consistent dish execution. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant’s exceptional standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking to maintain efficiency and consistency. Demonstrate comfort with and knowledge of producing pastry, desserts, and breads. Kitchen Operations & Team Management Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team. Coordinate kitchen activities to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Uphold and enforce food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize waste. Collaboration & Innovation Work with the Executive Chef to create innovative and seasonal menus. Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and luxury dining innovations. Provide input on plating, ingredient sourcing, and culinary presentations. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant. Culinary degree or relevant professional training is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices. Experience with pastry, desserts, and bread production strongly preferred.

Benefits Salary:
