Saute Chef Arooga’s Grille House and Sports Bar Main 1300 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing expertise in meal preparation, food safety, and catering. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards Must be able to pan sear fish and scallops Knowledge of food handling procedures for seafood Must be familiar with pastas, sauces and purees. Must be able to handle heavy volume. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality Utilize proper knife skills for efficient food preparation Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Experience in meal preparation and catering is highly desirable Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse menus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment A passion for cooking and helping others enjoy delicious meals Join our team and bring your culinary expertise to create memorable dining experiences!
