Job Description
Work for a restaurant to direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Supervise assistant kitchen personnel such as cooks.•
