Metropolitan Bakery is seeking a Production Chef to join our team. This is a full time position at our Production Facility located in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia.
Responsibilities include:
Scratch soups, spreads, and salads for retail grab-n-go, plus preparations for our pizza cafe Maintain inventory and ordering. Packaging and labeling products for sale. Perfect position for someone who enjoys autonomy. Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00am to 7:00pm, shift time can be flexible. Must be able to read and write English ability to lift 50# Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
