Job Description
Chef de Cuisine The Clambake Club of Newport 353 Tuckerman Avenue, Middletown, RI 02842 Fine Dining Expediting experience necessary. Ability to understand all positions of the line. Responsibility to ensure all menu items are plated to specifications. This is a hands-on position requiring multi-tasking and communication skills with both front and back of house staff. Specifically, Tuesday through Saturday evenings 3:00pm-11:00pm. Overtime is available during the high season of July and August. Serious and qualified candidates may apply. $25.00/hour
