We pride ourselves on providing a fun, fast-paced environment with daily entertainment and specials from May through October. Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated sauté chef to join our culinary team. The sauté chef is responsible for preparing and executing all sautéed dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. This role requires excellent timing, multitasking skills, and a deep understanding of flavor profiles, cooking techniques, and kitchen coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen and a passion for delivering exceptional food. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of sautéed dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines Manage and maintain the sauté station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for service Collaborate with other line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Monitor food quality, portion control, and cooking times for consistency Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with prep work and mise en place as needed Communicate effectively with the head chef and team during service Requirements 2+ years of experience in a line cook or sauté cook role (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred) Strong knowledge of sauté techniques, flavor combinations, and ingredient handling Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a busy kitchen environment Commitment to cleanliness, efficiency, and kitchen safety standards Serv safe certification isn’t need but is welcomed Night shift is from 4pm to close If you are passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences by the ocean, we invite you to apply today and become part of our exciting team at Andrea Seaside Restaurant and Beach Bar!
