We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the highest quality food and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and execute menus for all meal periods and special events.
Control food costs, manage inventory, and maintain health and safety standards.
Collaborate with management to meet financial goals and ensure operational efficiency.
Ensurepliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong leadership andmunication skills.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
