The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and kitchen management, with a flair for menu planning and an understanding of the food industry. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and plan innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
