Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Thai dishes and sushi rolls according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Assist in menu planning and development, offering suggestions for new dishes or improvements. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Skills Strong culinary skills with a focus on Thai cuisine and sushi preparation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player mentality with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
