The Executive Chef is:
- Experienced, preferably 3+ years of culinary management in a high-volume restaurant
- Detail-oriented and thrives in a meticulous environment
- Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
- Proficient in menu and recipe development, food quality management, systems and food costing
- Knowledgeable of food and kitchen safety and sanitation standards
